Marina Bay is in the central region of the Singapore which shares their boundary with four other planning areas. These are namely the Downtown Core, Marina South, Marina East and straits view. Marina Bay MRT
MRT is the Mass Rapid Transit interchange i.e. the railway service of the Singapore. It connects North-south line and circle line in Downtown core. It was the southern terminus which is designed by Aedas, but it is closed due to the low passenger demand.
The circle line is awarded the small project award in 2012 at the world architecture festival. At present, the Marina Bay is the double line interchange, but the plan shows that it will become triple line interchange station. When the Thomson East Coast interchange station opens in 2021, Marine Bay will be the third one after Dhoby Ghaut and Outram Park.
